Stephen Colbert and Paul Dinello — The Devil Went Down to Georgia (on Bassoon)

The hilarious amateur video of the legendary Stephen Colbert and Paul Dinello performing “The Devil went down to Georgia” on Bassoon at the final live Stella performance. There didn’t seem to be many places to find this video online, so enjoy! Sorry about the video quality, this was recorded a LONG time before HD footage. I’m just glad any version of it exists.

Weber – Bassoon Concerto mvmt. III

This recording was made as a part of a small challenge here on youtube, during my last week in high school (Musikkonservatoriet Falun). This autumn I will start my bachelor degree in The Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Bassoon: Linus Berglund Piano: Anita Agnas (who did a great job with only one day’s notice) Audio and Video: Johannes Söderberg and Henning Svensson Instrument: a fox renard (wood). I can’t really remember the model number. The recording was made using garageband on a mac, and the audio/video syncing was made with iMovie from the iLife application suite.
